Varifocal bullet cameras

Widely positioned - versatile in use - easy adjustment of the field of view

Cameras with a varifocal lens offer slightly more flexibility in surveillance than fix bullet cameras. The field of view/the area to be monitored can also be easily adjusted/changed later. The focal length, viewing angle and zoom level are adjustable, and multiple focal lengths can be achieved. A varifocal camera can cover a wide range of distances and scenes. However, the focus of the lens also changes with the focal length (in contrast to zoom cameras). The higher the focal length, the smaller the viewing angle becomes.

Features:

  • Flexibility: Subsequent change/adjustment of the field of view
  • Wide range of distances and scenes
