The air.Blade improves visibility in dusty environments! Clear sight thanks to efficient pneumatic cleaning! The air.Blade is a simple but effective lens-cleaning system for our ExCam series. It can be used in explosion risk zones. Attention in areas with combustible dusts: the zone may be changed by insertion of compressed air in areas endangered by the risk of dust explosion. Clever pneumatic cleaning
The air.Blade is a ring with nozzles made of stainless steel. This ring can easily be mounted on the front flange of our cameras. Compressed air is blown through the nozzles over the sight glass of the camera. This removes dust and other contamination from the field of view.
Improved view in dusty environment
Dust, dirt particles and other impurities are kept away from the camera`s sight glass by means of compressed air.
